The prickly pear Mustard

It is a kind of frost, the prickly pear mustard. It comes from the fruit (and the plant) that is often associated with Sicily and Sicilian: dangerous thorns outside, colors and sweetness as soon as you exceed the impenetrable skin. It is a celebration of flavor and freshness, the prickly pear, and Mustard fixes it in a sweet that can be stored for a long time. Made with the fruit juice, and restricted or cooked with the cooked must, is consumed as a frost or cast in molds of ceramic and dried in the sun, to take ancient aspects (cluster of grapes, animals, flowers) and be stored for remote consumption, even until after New Year.
